CertiFlat's new "Mini Blocks" are designed for one thing... to provide the ultimate value in a welding surface. Designed with the same 3D functionality as our FabBlocks, but in a lighter, more affordable package. MiniBlocks offer the same 5 sided fixturing surfaces as it's big brother, the FabBlock. This is the perfect table for the home builder or small shop that needs access to a modular table but doesn't need the high price tag.
Constructed with the same Tab and Slot design as all of our tables. MiniBlocks assemble quickly and easily. Our proprietary design forces the table flat during assembly. Five sided fixturing offers extreme versatility. Lighter and less expensive than our FabBlock but more useful and stiffer than our Pro Tables. Perfect for the budget conscious shop.
Made in the USA from USA milled prime steel.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TABLES?
-PRO Table Tops
-Mini-Block
-FabBlocks
Note: The FabBlock and mini-block have sides with our standard hole pattern, and can be expanded by either using our fabwings or by bolting multiple blocks together. The options for sizes and configurations are essentially endless with the Mini-Block and FabBlock style tables!

Spent hours with clamps, squares, and a level trying to get the table flat but no luck. I do not know if I messed it up or if it came that way.
Assembled and welded the table as I imagine it should be done. (1) Clamped table-top to cross braces. (2) Clamped sides to cross braces. (3) Tack-welded sides to cross braces. (4) Placed inch-long beads on opposite corners of each intersecting cross-brace corners, taking care to distribute heat. Flipped table over to check flatness and, to my horror, discovered that the table top was not flat. In the long direction it's perfectly flat, but in the short direction there's a 1/8"warp from side to side. Regardless, finished tack welding all table-top tabs to cross braces and final welded all tabs. Still, the side-to-side warp persists. The table is still usable, but not perfectly flat. I'm perfectly happy to accept that I did something wrong, but I don't know what. Any ideas?
Was not sent enough washers to fasten the table to the legs
This table is super easy to assemble. Heavy duty enough for me in my garage and large enough for most project I’m working on. Highly recommend
Great table! Really like the mini-block size. I grew up on a farm welding with a stick and wanted to get back into welding. Bought a MIG and a TIG welders and plan on making a new gate for our entrance. Certiflat tables are the way to go!
